The cable company remains incapable of fixing the intermittent problems. *sigh*

I'm not feeling very inspired right now. This will pass.
However, having a silly game to play at times like this is a good thing. I'm glad I managed to join during one of the open periods.

It has been a very bad day. My aunt (who has been essentially the second mother for my whole family) died, I got a cancellation notice for nonpayment (plus a NSF fee) for my house insurance because my mortgage company (the successor to the company that went bankrupt, who was also not the company I got the mortgage from in the first place) is incompetent, my wireless router went out (on top of all the other ways Time Warner Cable has been incompetent to provide me with the internet and cable service I pay for) and there's other similar FUBAR stuff too. I will survive this, I know that. The stuff that's not inevitable is fixable, but gosh, I could have done without all this crap on top of the inevitable.
