Allergy attacks with lots of sneezing take up lots of kleenex and are Not Helpful when you're trying to write.

Neither is getting out of the chair to change clothes and mop.

Universe, stop trying to sabotage me!

Oh, I feel your pain. I've been reacting to the fall allergens for about 12 days or so. I should buy stock in Kimberly Clark, the makers of Kleenex. And my allergies seem to be getting worse each year.:(

Finding the right medicine can help a lot. So is sleep, reducing stress, and stuff like wearing clean clothes and washing your hair. (Hair can hold an awful lot of allergens, right near your sensitive nose!) I find that even rinsing hands and face right after some acute exposure helps!
