It's not a handout for the poor, it's price supports for working producers. And when the poor people spend their "handout", it also pays salaries to workers selling and marketting that production, then makes a few more circles of spending and production before going to the bank. What I'm telling you is that every cent Robin Hood ever took from the rich found its way back to them, and when it got there, it had increased in value. If the wealthy understood this, they'd be equipping Robin Hood's merry men, rather than trying to destroy the legend. Every dollar taken out Food Stamps is at least five dollars taken out of the economy.
