Torn Tongue

There's been a lot of work put into making the three major languages of Torn World (so far, anyway) properly. We've got grammar and word lists. But no easy way to look words up in those lists. And I am getting to the point where I really really want a two-way dictionary, ways to look up an English word and find the Torn World one (if there is one), and a way to put in a combination of letters that fits the language rules to see if there's a word like that already in use and what it means.
And it's years since I looked at creating a database, and I'd rather be writing or painting or singing (or even *gasp* reading) than checking out modern database programs (much less learning to use one and designing the thing) anyway.
Are there any good free programs designed to do this?
