I can't promise 30 straight days of engaging blogging -- I'm working full time and have other commitments, I know I have limits, and I am not willing to court burn-out -- but please comment here and tell me what you'd like to see in my journal, and I'll see what I can do.
What would you like to see here over the next month? Fiction? Poetry? Art? Photos? Stream-of-consciousness meanderings?
Do you have questions you'd like me to answer about Torn World, my other creative work, or life in general?
Do you want me to write about how to do something I know how to do (or something I don't)?
Or something completely different?
I tell you three times: I'm listening!

Date: 2010-06-25 03:44 am (UTC)I'm interested in a status update about your novels. I'm holding off on reading Fireborn until you tell me to go, so that I can read it all at once and react (like we talked about before). And I'm still hoping that I'll get to read Clockwork Dragon in its entirety after your reading at Cap.
I'd rather read new stories, but if it's easier to muse on the creative process and you need something easier, here are a couple of topics you might be able to do something with:
What's your writing bete noire? Is there one stumbling block that you find that you run into again and again that keeps you from getting to the story you want? Or is every piece its own unique adventure?
Do stories you're afraid to tell ever get in the way of what you're trying to work on?
