I wish all medicines came with an easy "allegedly inactive ingredients" label. I can't tell you how many times I've had to wait around while a pharmacist contacted the manufacturer to see if there's corn in a pill I was prescribed. The person you are talking to being careful doesn't solve the problem if the information they need in order to be careful is not available.
But also, yeah, the med order should have been made with the instructions for the pharmacy to check the dumb pills in neon or something.
