Filter, anyone?

There's a wizard anthology that just opened for submissions, and I have an old wizard story. I like this story, but it's gotten some rejections from other markets, and I know I've grown as a writer since I wrote it. The thing is, I've read through it so many times I just can't see it fresh any more. Is it really the best I can do with this story? Does it have some huge flaw (or even minor flaws) that I'm currently blind to? Or do I mostly need to find a different market for it?
I'm willing to share this story with a few people here, in a private filter. I'm looking for people who will agree to read it and to comment on it, to tell me what they like and don't like about it. Especially what they don't like.
If that's you, please comment below.
