For you, I drew Maat. She sits cross-legged, holding an ankh in one hand and the scales of justice in the other. The sun watches from behind her circular throne. She is a goddess of wise decisions, and speaks of restoring harmony and balance. I think this is a very good omen for your new-to-you house as well as a guide in looking at what's needed for a good design. What you do needs to accommodate every being who will live there comfortably, and I think finding that balance is the challenge you will need to keep in mind as you work.
There are always things to balance in making a home--time and money are always limited. Keep in mind that the lives in the home are the center of the circle, and that matters more than a more artificial perfection of design--but with such a powerful card, I suspect you can do a lot to achieve your design goals in a way that enhances that center.

As to the deck itself, you're welcome to look at the cards. Daughters of the Moon has a website here: http://www.daughtersofthemoon.com/major-arcana/
Thank you for the tip! Let me know if you want a clarifying card, or just a card for inspiration. A new house is exciting!
