Well, let's start with a bit about the deck. Londa is the artist. Her style is unusual, the faces are pointy, with very prominent cheekbones and interesting hair. Both the faces and poses are expressive, and the pamphler describes the characters as being "in a state of theatrics", which is a good description.
It's hard to get a feel for a deck from one card, so I drew three.
The first is The Chariot, which shows a young man with hair that shade that some people call brown and others blond. His chariot is blocky, with a pharoah carved into the front and blue banners with stars behind his shoulders. He is wearing black pants and a jacket with gold buttons, leaving is midriff bare. He has leather gloves that are the same color as his hair. He looks bold and confident, and kind of casual about the race or war or whatever it is that he is riding to.
The second card is the Eight of Pentacles, and shows a black haired person of indeterminate gender wearing green. This person's eyebrows extend out over the shoulders, and he or she is leaning on one hand, looking pensive or bored, with an open book in front of him. The desk is cluttered with tarot books, paint brushes, an incense burner, a crystal ball, some runes, cards, a candle, and a statue. There is a frazzled-looking white cat sleeping under a ouija board (almost as if it's a blanket) under the desk. The eight pentacles are in front of the desk.
The third card is The Star. This shows a very pale woman with huge black hair. She is wearing only purple metal bracelets, and is kneeling serenely in front of a stream and a bright star-filled sky. She holds two urns, that constantly release water and magical sparkles to land on both the water and the land under her knees.
For an interpretation, it looks like you are setting out on some adventure or starting a project. You look confident on the outside, but inside, you are worried about whether you have all of the knowledge or tools that you will need. You have lots of stuff that might be useful, but you shouldn't worry about that, because it is making the connection with your goal that matters, not all the clutter. The skills you need are in your hands and heart, not in books or prognostications. Oh, and make sure the poor cat has fresh water. That's far more useful for you and him than a ouija board!
