A Small Reclaiming

I had been watching Madame Secretary, until Hillary lost the electoral college even though she won the popular vote by millions, and then I just couldn't. We kept the recordings on the DVR until it had to be replaced, because I knew I'd want to watch them eventually. But then the DVR broke. We got a replacement from the cable company, of course, but the old recordings were, by capitalist design, gone.

Recently, I found the series on Netflix, and discovered that my heart has healed, at least a little.

Enough, at least, to enjoy watching the show from season 1 episode 1. Gosh, it seems like centuries.

I'm still re-watching, not to the episodes I missed yet, and I'm not sure how soon I'll actually finish the show, with FAWM coming up, but it's a good feeling.
