Feather-Blessed Dragons -- What do you want to see?

The main thing that stalled me in this story was getting a temp job that just didn't leave me with energy to do much, but that was only part of the problem. I probably could have kept things moving forward if I'd known where the story was going. Now I have a clear idea, but I need a villain. So, I'm taking prompts for villains. Please leave suggestions in the comments![Poll #1768742]I look forward to reading your suggestions!  (If anyone suggests someone else in comments, feel free to add votes in comments.)

Thanks!

P.S.  For my new friends, the story in question starts here:  Feather-Blessed

For the policeman: Rupert Giles (Buffy's Watcher, the librarian)

Oh!

Yes, I can see he would work.

I wonder how a librarian would work as a villain?

Also, welcome!

Is the police image Stella produces supposed to somehow also tie into the villain? I had read that as two separate questions/characters.

I had considered Buffy, as opposed to Giles, but went with the latter for two reasons: 1) Giles, his history notwithstanding, was the avatar of law (or at least rules) and order, and 2) I couldn't picture Buffy in police uniform convincingly. (I can picture her wearing it as a costume, but not as her own, if you know what I mean.)

You're correct--this is unrelated to the villain. At this point in the story, they have no clue they will have a challenge to overcome that is more problematic than surviving until they can find their way to their new Home.

Should have read the comments before voting; this is a good one.
