For you I draw Thetis, a sea-goddess and shapeshifter, here depicted as rising out of a shell and with one wing of flames. She is drawn with a raven, who holds a star in his beak. Thetis is the center of peace and calm that is always available, even in the midst of changes. She is a creator goddess, for all life begins in the sea. And she stands up for what she wants, both her ability to enjoy life's pleasures and her ability to say no, and make it stick. When Peleus wanted to marry her, she changed into fire, water, a lion, and a serpent to escape him.
