Ah, I have only seen Romanesco ONCE in the wild, and that was in a gourmet grocery in Great Barrington, Mass.

It's gorgeous, isn't it? Does it taste like a milder broccoli?

A little milder and a little sweeter, but very much like broccoli. This one came from an organic co-op in Milwaukee.
